Search for recent tweets on Twitter without the need of an account.

An application using the standard Twitter API rate limits.

- The search query must be between 4 and 400 characters long

- Tweets can be sorted by Mixed, Popular and Recent (default: Mixed)

- Initially show 50 results and then load more - infinite scroll
